Shilpify does not perform, supervise, control, or manage construction, remodeling, repair, installation, maintenance, or handyman services. All services advertised or requested through the Shilpify platform are provided directly by independent service professionals and contractors.

Any estimates, proposals, pricing, contracts, warranties, permits, licenses, insurance coverage, workmanship guarantees, and service obligations are the sole responsibility of the independent contractor or service provider selected by the customer.

Shilpify is not a contractor, subcontractor, employer, joint employer, agent, or representative of any service provider listed on the platform. Service providers operate independently and are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, and permit obligations.

Customers are encouraged to independently review and verify a service provider’s qualifications, experience, licenses, registrations, certifications, insurance coverage, and references before entering into any agreement for services.

By using the Shilpify platform, users acknowledge that any contract for services is entered into directly between the customer and the selected service provider. Shilpify is not a party to such agreements and shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, performance, quality of work, disputes, damages, delays, or other obligations arising from services performed by independent contractors.

Use of the Shilpify platform constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Marketplace Policies.
